Privacy notice
When you send an enquiry, GODARI Agro collects the details you provide, such as your name, mobile number, location, product interest, and message. We use them to respond, arrange follow-up, and, if you place an order, support its fulfillment.
Pickup orders
When you place an order, we store your name, mobile number, the pickup store you chose, the items, prices, and any note you add. The chosen GODARI store sees these details so it can call you to confirm, prepare the order, and take payment at pickup. No card or bank details are collected online. Your order number and mobile number together let you check the order status on the Orders page.
“Notify me” requests for upcoming categories store your name, mobile number, and the category so we can contact you when it launches.
Details saved on your phone
To make checkout faster, this site keeps your basket, your chosen pickup store and, if you save them, your name, mobile number and order numbers in your phone's browser storage. They stay on your device. You can remove your details at any time from the Your details page.
Optional contact and measurement
WhatsApp enquiry follow-up consent is optional and recorded with its time and wording version. It allows GODARI Agro to respond about your enquiry, availability, and store visits, not to send promotional messages. WhatsApp buttons open an editable draft; you must press Send. The site records the button click, but cannot tell whether you sent the message. Staff may manually record that an inbound WhatsApp message was received before opening a reply draft. No automated WhatsApp sender is connected.
The basket page can save an enquiry or, when the basket is empty, a product-updates signup without creating an account. Product updates and eligible retargeting require a separate optional consent; the consent choice and time are stored with the lead. If you do not opt in, your details are used only to answer your request. Contact GODARI Agro to withdraw an update opt-in.
Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)
GODARI Agro may use the Meta Pixel to learn which Facebook and Instagram ads bring visitors and to show relevant ads to people who visited this site. It is off by default: the Pixel loads only after you choose “Allow” in the site banner. If you choose “No thanks”, nothing is sent to Meta and the site works the same.
When allowed, the Pixel reports page views, which product pages you viewed, when you tap a WhatsApp or call button, and that an enquiry was completed. These events carry product names and IDs, not your name, phone number, email, or message. Meta may set its own cookies and process this information under its terms.
Campaign tags from ad links (for example utm_campaign) are kept in your browser for up to 30 days and saved with your enquiry so we know which campaign brought it.
The site does not automatically send promotional WhatsApp messages, and customer contact lists are not uploaded to Meta automatically.
Storage and requests
Enquiry and order information is stored in GODARI Agro's database and is available to authorized staff for follow-up and fulfillment. Records are retained while needed for those purposes and applicable business obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, contact godariagro@gmail.com.
